Our annual gala is back in person this year! We are thrilled to share our first Dignity, Community and Power Award honorees: The founders of Amazon Labor Union– Gerald Bryson, Jordan Flowers, Derrick Palmer and Chris Smalls! 

As Amazon workers fighting for dignity at work, they endured years of unsafe conditions and retaliation when they spoke up. Their dedication and tenacious organizing led them to win a truly incredible victory as the first Amazon union in the country.

They continue to fight alongside Amazon workers across the country in their efforts to unionize, and to inspire workers across industries to launch (and win!) similar fights.

We can’t wait to celebrate with these inspiring leaders, and with you, on October 19th at Versa in Midtown Manhattan!
