Since 2017, when the Trump administration attempted to cancel DACA, young people who would have been eligible have been blocked from applying to this critical program.

Our victory means that they can apply again, and we need your help. A generous donor has offered to match up to $40,000 to pay for DACA application fees and renewals.

Since DACA began, we have helped 1 in 10 DACA recipients in New York apply and receive these protections. Our lawyers are hard at work now helping as many young people as possible renew their DACA or apply for the first time.

One major barrier: the government’s application fees are exorbitantly high at $495 per applicant. 

Any amount you donate to our DACA Application Fund will be matched up to $40,000. Your donation will go directly to paying for DACA application and renewal fees, enabling young immigrants to access this life-changing program.
