CARA is hosting a special screening of PERSONAL STATEMENT, a documentary film about three remarkable high school students working to support their peers through the college process, with training and support from CARA, Urban Youth Collaborative, Cypress Hills LDC, Make the Road NY, and Generation Schools. The film illustrates the challenges facing first-generation to college students in realizing their post-secondary aspirations, while showcasing an innovative solution with national implications.
