A new report released by the advocacy group Make the Road New York revealed that 40 percent of immigrants surveyed said they incurred an economic loss in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. The report states that many immigrants had to leave their damaged homes, are having trouble finding new residences and new immigrants are having difficulties in navigating the system and in reaching the organizations that might be able to assist them.
