Generally speaking local elections see the lowest turnout of all the other elections and it is because of this that the Long Island Civic Engagement Table [created by Make the Road NY] is organizing a voter drive this Saturday in order to encourage people to vote for Tuesday’s elections. Daniel Altschuler is one of the people who will be out there encouraging people from Suffolk county to vote from the regions which generally speaking do not have high voter turnout.
