Pride month may be over, but our fights for trans and queer liberation, equity and visibility are just as urgent as they were yesterday.
Join members of our Trans Immigrant Project in Queens for our 10th Annual Translatinx March! Monday, August 2nd (more details to come).
Every year for the past decade we have marched through our neighborhoods in Queens, led by trans members of Make the Road NY, and surrounded by community and allies.
Trans lives are valuable and this year our members are prioritizing these demands:
- Dismantle NYPD vice units that disproportionately target and criminalize trans women of color
- Decriminalize sex work
- Provide a pathway to citizenship for all
