On Wednesday, March 2 at 12:00 PM, hundreds of members of the Coverage for All coalition, along with elected officials and impacted individuals, will rally and hold a press conference at the State Capitol in Albany on the urgent need for lawmakers to pass the Coverage for All bill in the state budget.
Following the presser, advocates will march around the Capitol, perform a die-in within the Capitol Concourse and end with a vigil and #Coverage4All wish activity outside the Capital to highlight the immense death toll COVID-19 took on immigrant New Yorkers, and how the lack of healthcare access and other protections left them vulnerable to the worst of the pandemic.
