Dozens of neighborhood organization members from across New York converged at the capitol on Tuesday morning, rallying for housing rights.

Their mission- advocate for the passage of Good Cause Eviction laws.

The ongoing battle for tenant protection has been raging since 2019.

If passed, these laws would shield tenants from arbitrary rent hikes and unfair evictions.
