An immigration advocacy group and a labor union are lighting off some pre-July 4 fireworks in an attempt to support “common sense immigration reform.”

On Monday, Make the Road NY and 32BJ of the Service Employees International Union were poised to project slides of images of immigrants against buidings in Jackson Heights and Coron.

“Every day in the U.S., 1,500 fathers, mothers, children and friends are separated from each other through broken immigration system,” one of the slides reads.

Other photos feature pictures of immigrants with the words, “Her American dream.” Each has the hashtag #immigrantdreams.

The presentation was set to debut Monday night on Roosevelt Ave. at 73rd, 92nd and 98th Sts. before moving to Manhattan on Tuesday, Staten Island on Wednesday and back to Manhattan on Thursday.
